SPR# JCHN5WGHK4 - When creating new databases/files on a UNIX server, use a
default file permission of 0660 and apply the current umask setting. To extend
rights to the 'other' group, set the Notes.ini parameter DEBUG_FILE_PERMS=0666.

To work around the issue, set the correct permission using the parameter
DEBUG_FILE_PERMS in the NOTES.INI file for the Domino server.

Example NOTES.INI entry to match umask 022:

DEBUG_FILE_PERMS=644
